Canning Halftide Dock

Flat calm of the water in the dock produces mirror like reflections. This dock exits to the River Mersey to the left of this view. Not sure why it is called a halftide dock except that it may be used to accept craft through the entrance when the tide is below the level of the other docks such as the Albert Dock the entrance to which is off to the right in the view.
